Delivery: 1-hour x 8 weeks

  • Understand the science of stress and how to recognise unhealthy levels
  • Identify ways to reduce levels of anxiety in the here-and-now
  • Learn to increase self-control, self-confidence, and self-management
  • Use evidence-based tools including breathing techniques, relaxation, assertiveness training, positive thinking and thought-stopping
