The story of Bloom
The Bloom Project blossomed from the shared vision of three sisters and F.A.M. Investments Ltd., acquiring 18-24 Grey Street in June 2018 and undertaking refurbishments for the subsequent five years. Grey Street was chosen for its prestigious address known as a destination for successful businesses.
Recognising businesses’ evolving needs for flexible, collaborative workspaces, our goal was clear: create calm, refined offices, offering respite from chaotic makeshift home setups and welcoming employees back to a space they want to be.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a receptionist?
Yes, there will be a Bloom Project team member on-site to greet your clients, provide direct delivery and deal with any of your requests Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
Are you dog friendly?
We are dog friendly here at Bloom, however we do request:
- Dogs are kept on a lead outside of the office and are restricted to the office demise only
- Dogs are not allowed in the communal kitchens or break out areas
- Dogs are house trained
- Dogs are not disruptive to any other offices with barking
- Two dogs max per office at one time
Are meeting rooms chargeable?
Meeting rooms and pods are free to use for tenants, however if an external company wishes to use them they are charged at an hourly, half day or full day rate.
Do you offer catering services for meetings held at the Bloom Project?
Yes, please contact us for any catering requirements.
Do you have an event space?
Yes, we do have an event space which holds up to 40 people for businesses at the Bloom Project to use for work gatherings upon request.
Do you offer day offices to rent?
Yes, there are 2-8 person day offices to rent per day. Please contact us for prices.
Are there bike storage facilities on-site?
Yes, bike storage is in a secure on-site car park monitored with CCTV.
Is there parking?
Yes, on-site parking is available upon request. For parking enquiries, please contact us.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, 12 months.
How can I arrange a tour?
For tours, please contact us.
Are there time restrictions?
We can tailor this to you, if you would like all staff to have 24 hour access we can accommodate this, however if you would like to restrict hours we can also accommodate.
